The Dover regatta back in August 2007 was a massive success stretching from the Prince
of Wales pier right up to opposite the Charles Rolls statue with a variety of local events and interest. The event included
a French and Spanish market bringing a continental flair to the day, as well as fairground rides, static and moving displays
which included rowing races, power boat racing, Newfoundland rescue dog demonstrations and much much more.
As can seen by the pictures on this page the day was an absolute success. Next year
the regatta is on the 2nd-3rd August 2008 and celebrate its tenth anniversary. Do come down and have fun.
